CDEP at Nobel in Africa Conference

CDEP Co-Director Eric Verhoogen gave an overview of recent research on firms and development at the Nobel in Africa Symposium, "Microdevelopment Research in the Past 20 Years: What Have We Learned?" in Stellenbosch, South Africa, March 12-14, 2024. Following the conference in Stellenbosch, Verhoogen and two other researchers met with policymakers at the National Treasury in Pretoria to discuss policy challenges facing South Africa.
