Omari Issa has extensive business experience in the public and private sectors, having worked in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America. In January 2017, Omari was appointed Chief Advisor to the United Nations Education Commission and in March 2017 he was appointed CEO of the Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete Foundation.
