Francis Annan presented:

Reducing Moral Hazard in Insurance: The Role of Credit Constraints in Ghana


Francis is a Phd student at the School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University. His primary fields are development, environment and applied micro. His ongoing projects embody issues related to contracts, insurance, consumer finance, and the linkages between environment & human capital in developing countries. Francis holds an MSc from Mississippi State University and a BSc from the University of Cape Coast, both in Economics & Agriculture. He has worked for both the World Bank and the NBER.
